By accepting our Terms and Conditions you confirm that you will not be using our services for illegal activity, fraudulent transactions and prohibited businesses.
10 Coins do not provide services to the companies dealing with:

10 Coins can facilitate cryptocurrency refunds to customers on your
behalf. You can decide to issue a partial refund or refund the full
amount of the initial purchase. You can apply for a refund during 60
days after the initiation of transaction.
10 Coins reserves the right to make a refund without Merchant
permission, with a prior 24 hours notification.
If there is not enough balance to initiate the refund, 10 Coins may
request the merchant to transfer funds to 10 Coins account.
10 Coins apply some fees for the services. You can find your fees in the agreement provided by your dedicated manager. All fees will be deducted from your account.
